Refund Policy

At Beth Maree Cleaning Services, we strive to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your cleaning service, our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness. Please read the details below regarding refunds.

Service Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by:

  • Revisiting the property to address the areas of concern

  • Offering a partial refund, based on the extent of the issue and provided sufficient evidence is submitted (e.g., photos or videos)

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The cleaning service did not meet the agreed-upon standards and expectations

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of the service

  • The client has provided adequate evidence to support the claim

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed for issues reported after the 24-hour period.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Cancellations made without at least 48 hours' notice (as per our cancellation policy)

  • Dissatisfaction resulting from pre-existing conditions of the property (e.g., excessive dirt, damage, or clutter)

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client at the time of booking

  • Services that were performed according to the agreed-upon scope but did not meet personal preferences beyond that scope

Deposit Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable unless the client cancels or reschedules the booking with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the service. If cancellations are made within 48 hours of the scheduled service, the deposit will be forfeited, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued via the same method used for the original payment unless otherwise agreed.
